Hints and Tips!

16 April 2012

Staying with putting, today in our mini golf lessons were going to look at one of the most common errors by beginners.

Putting: Level headed – Amateurs have a habit of keep their head up and looking down their nose at   the ball whilst attempting to putt.. By doing this you actually increase the likelihood of over-rotating your upper body which decreases the hope of squaring the clubface and making that putt. Believe it or not by keeping your face parallel to the floor it will improve your alignment and assist your stroke! Couple that with yesterday’s handy hint and you’ll be unstoppable on those greens. Try it yourself.

Come back later this week as we move on to your swing and ways you can improve it.
